Mission 

Provide all the needs of the university for faculties, departments, and deanships with specified quantities and qualities at the right time, of the required quality, and reasonable price.

Objectives

 

  • Carry out executive tasks to secure the needs of the university after determining the needs of the relevant entities.
  • • Launching competitions according to the approved system, procedures, specifications and standards.
  • • Securing purchase orders after receiving them from the relevant authorities and choosing the most appropriate supplier for the commodity.
  • • Preparing implementation contracts with the institutions and companies awarded in partnership with the relevant entities and under the rules and conditions.
  • • Defining and signing contracts, issuing purchase orders to suppliers and informing the relevant authorities.
